Prices are to be considered per apartment and per week. The apartment suite are with air condition , terrace , two bathroom and wodden flor .
*Only for the suite room the Price is per night .
Prices include expenses for water, light, gas, weekly linen change for bath and bed.
Final cleaning to be paid on spot 10 Euro per person - max 50 Euro per apartment
Heating is 15 Euro per day for the apartments Type A, 25 Euro per day for the apartments Type B.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At the point of booking reservation you must pay an account of 30% of the total ammount.
The rest to pay at the check in or check out of the holiday or 30 days before your arrival .
In case of the cancellation you will be charged of:
1) from the reservation to 50 days before the holiday, 40% of the total amount
2) from 50 to 30 days before the holiday, 50% of the total amount
3) from 30 to 10 days before the holiday, 70% of the total amount
4) from 10 to 1 day before the holiday, 90% of the total amount
For 'NO SHOW' ( no cancellation ) you will be charged of the total amount.
DEPOSIT : at the arrival the guest must paid an account of Euros 150 .
